Architectural Services 

As a sole proprietor, I provide full architectural services for small projects with medium sensitivity. 

In addition I am available for contract work for larger architectural practices that have deadlines or extreme work pressure. 

My skills are well developed with a good working knowledge of Archicad, Autocad, and standard spreadsheet, database and word processing software pose no difficulties. 

I have a good sense for the use of colour, and am sensitive to basic principles of design.

I have experience in Site supervision, draughting, client and municipal negotiations, and sourcing contractors.
